Delete your Poolera account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

How it works

• Enter the email you use for Poolera. We'll email you a link to confirm. It works for 24 hours.
• Once you confirm, your account is locked and permanently deleted after 14 days. Sign in before then to restore it.
• If you own pools other people are still in, hand each one to another member in the app first (Members › Transfer ownership).

What we delete and what we keep

• Deleted: your profile, email, phone number, login, notification settings and feedback. Pools only you are in are deleted too. Payment details you saved in the app were never on our servers; they stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall Poolera.
• Kept: your name on past expenses and payments in pools you shared with others, so their balances still add up. We also keep records the law requires (for example, payment records) for as long as it requires.
